Warehouse LeadWe are looking for motivated individuals to assist our food production plant in Big Bend, WI. Only 15-min from Waukesha and 30-min from Milwaukee! Hours: 8am – 4pm. Job Type: Full-Time. Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour.Position Overview:To effectively coordinate and support inventory, customer orders, filing, pallet data and transportation to meet the demands of our customers and warehouses.Responsibilities:Dispatch/Customer ServiceOrder EntrySupport scheduling for loadsCreate necessary Paperwork (pick tickets, Delivery tickets, BOL's etc.).Inventory ControlConduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy and efficient to be communicated to Operations, Production, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.Maintain inventory levels and facilitate movement of inventory between Orangeville and outside warehousing to eliminate product shortages and maintain high customer service levels.Inventory reconciliation across all sites including warehouses and co-manufacturing facilities, travel 10-20%Complete month-end and year-end inventory counts to ensure accuracyProductionAssist operators on production floor, as needed for flexibility of OperationsMaintain cleanliness of warehouse to facility standardsWork in team or autonomously to provide production and sanitation supportEnsure proper filing of counts, documentation, and all necessary communicationsOther tasks assigned as required.Safety Responsibilities:Safety is vitally important not only at our facility but also from a personal standpoint. Employees are responsible for understanding and following all safety procedures. Likewise, food safety is a key performance indicator. With this in mind, GMP and housekeeping procedures are to be followed as part of any job at our facility.BRC Requirements/Responsibilities:Support BRC by maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner following prescribed proceduresReport food safety problems to QA ManagerFollow GMP and Prerequisite ProgramsJob Qualifications:• Minimum Qualifications:• High school graduate or equivalent• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel• Previous forklift and stand up reach truck experience• Previous warehouse experience preferred• Prior knowledge of inventory management process preferredPhysical Requirements:• Some carrying of items and climbing stairs• Must be able to lift 55 lbsIf you're looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to a dynamic food production plant, join our team as a Warehouse Lead.
