Wellness Center Lead: Fitness & Member Experience
Crossroads YMCA Inc
Crossroads YMCA is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to lead wellness center operations and deliver hands-on member service. You will demonstrate equipment, assist members with goals, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment focused on safe, high-quality experiences.
You will also supervise and develop wellness staff, help expand programs, and support fundraising and donor engagement in a fast-paced gym setting. Join a mission-driven team committed to healthy living.
