Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group in the OR according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Provide intraoperative patient care, maintain sterile technique, and monitor patient status throughout the procedure.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of OR nursing staff; coordinate care with surgeons, circulators, scrub personnel, and other members of the surgical team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure patient safety, appropriate care planning, and timely communication of intraoperative changes.
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and intraoperative findings in the patient record; adhere to policy and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- Operating Room nursing experience or demonstrated competence in intraoperative care (preferred)
- Ability to work day shifts in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; independent judgment and critical thinking aligned with perioperative care
- Eligible to work in the United States; travel assignment readiness and adaptability to new clinical settings
