Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

SUMMARY A rapidly growing personal injury law firm is seeking a litigation attorney to join its expanding team. The firm has scaled significantly in a short period of time and promotes a collaborative, high-energy, non-micromanaged environment. Attorneys are expected to take full ownership of their caseload while working within a supportive, team-driven culture focused on accountability, performance, and mutual support. RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle personal injury litigation cases from intake through resolution - Draft and file lawsuits and manage active litigation dockets - Conduct and respond to written discovery (propounding and responding) - Take and defend depositions - Participate in motion practice and overall case strategy - Step into active cases immediately upon onboarding - Trial preparation and participation (trial experience or willingness preferred) - Handle minors' compromises as needed REQUIREMENTS - Active Arizona Bar License (required) - Prior experience in personal injury litigation strongly preferred - Ability to independently manage litigation files - Strong knowledge of discovery, depositions, and motion practice - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Willingness to work in-office (no remote option indicated) - Strong accountability and ownership mindset SKILLS - Personal injury case management experience - Deposition experience (taking and defending) - Trial exposure or strong willingness to gain trial experience - Independent, self-driven work style - Strong communication and client-focused approach - Team-oriented with ability to collaborate effectively - High attention to detail and case ownership BENEFITS 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance
