We are currently seeking a part-time Medical Records Clerk who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain timely processing of documents in Fax Processing Software que
• Routing fax to appropriate staff
• Download documents to EHR and uploading medical record requests/forms to corporations for third party medical records outsourcing vendor
• Complete medical record requests via email
• Sort and distribute mail and process telephone calls
• Assist department with various administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Medical office experience preferred
• EHR and NexGen experience preferred
• Schedule flexibility - available some evenings and Saturdays
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
