CT Radiologic Technologist

CT Radiologic Technologist responsible for performing CT and general X?ray imaging procedures in a hospital setting. The role involves preparing patients, ensuring image quality, and collaborating with the medical team to deliver accurate diagnostic studies. Candidates will work a 13?week assignment in Canton, Georgia, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute CT and general X?ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders, radiation safety standards, and facility protocols.

2. Prepare patients for CT and radiography exams, ensuring proper positioning, instructions, and comfort to support accurate image quality.

3. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure timely, complete imaging for diagnostic interpretation.

4. Maintain accurate documentation, patient records, and exam details in compliance with hospital workflow and regulatory requirements.

5. Monitor image quality and perform appropriate adjustments or repeats to achieve diagnostic studies while minimizing radiation exposure.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (or equivalent accredited program).

• ARRT certification with CT and competency for X?ray imaging.

• GA state Radiologic Technologist license.

• Current certification in accordance with facility policy.

• Minimum of 1 year experience performing CT and general radiography.

• Demonstrated ability to obtain quality images consistently across CT and X?ray examinations.

• Must be able to read both CT and X?rays.

• Open to temp?to?perm arrangement.
