HOW YOU BRING COMMUNITY TO LIFE
As our Event Coordinator, you'll bring events to life end-to-end: drafting timelines, checklists, and supply lists; coordinating with vendors, volunteers, and staff; crafting clear communications-from flyers to emails to sign-ups; and ensuring each detail meets health, safety, and licensing standards. You'll keep an organized calendar, track participation, and capture post-event takeaways, all while championing family engagement and community outreach. Each day, you'll connect logistics to purpose-so every celebration feels thoughtful, seamless, and welcoming.
This is a part-time role, Monday–Friday, with a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Experience in event planning, community engagement, or school-based coordination
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with families and young children
- Experience in early childhood education, nonprofit, or school settings
