Job Summary: Following well-defined procedures and with normal supervision: check incoming material against accompanying documents to determine completeness and accuracy; enter transactions into computer system; kit and issue materials for Assembly; fill backorders; use digital weigh-count scale; perform cycle counts and physical inventories as assigned and keep stock and stockroom neat and orderly. Requires basic knowledge of stockroom procedure (MP-1000-021) and Costpoint inventory transactions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains inventory accuracy through careful counting and transaction processing.
• Counts and verifies incoming materials and assemblies.
• Issues materials and assembly kits as requested by Planning and Assembly.
• Researches and resolves inventory record discrepancies.
• Performs cycle counts and physical inventories and completes cycle count functions in Costpoint.
• Follows company requirements for safety and PPE. Maintains a clean and organized area.
• Uses company van for pick-ups and deliveries.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Non Essential Duties:

• Assists other departments when assigned.
• Completes facility clean-up projects as assigned.

Qualification Requirements (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities required):

Education and Experience: HS Diploma or GED - 1 year of stockroom exp
