MVA Revenue Specialist

Investigating and analyzing accounts, the full-time remote MVA Revenue Specialist will coordinate insurance benefits and resolve outstanding balances for clients while conducting medical research and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance carriers. Key responsibilities Conduct online medical research and analyze Motor Vehicle Accident claim payments using proprietary software and tools Request, acquire, and review medical records and supporting documentation to ensure prompt claims reimbursement Perform timely follow-up with payers to update claims systems and facilitate accurate reimbursement processes Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred 2-4+ years of experience in healthcare billing or collections 1+ years of experience with MVA billing and collections required Intermediate understanding of insurance claims processing and MVA legal requirements Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office applications
