Role Description
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI to set the direction for how AI shows up across Webflow's platform. This is our Agent Access area, spanning the Webflow AI Assistant inside the Designer, the 3rd-party agents that reach Webflow through MCP, the Agent Instructions that guide them, and the platform underneath that powers it all.
It's early, fast-moving territory. Much of what "good" looks like for AI-assisted creation hasn't been written yet, and you'll define it. You'll own the multi-year strategy for the area and rally teams across Webflow behind it, unlocking new ways for developers, partners, and creators to build for the web.
Qualifications
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems
- Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility
- Hands-on work with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces
- Experience in defining evals, guardrails, and success metrics for non-deterministic products
- Experience building both developer-grade tools and approachable products for less-technical creators
- Curiosity about every part of how products get made
- Ability to lead through influence rather than authority
- Stay curious, building fluency in emerging AI
Requirements
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces
- Sequence the work to reinforce surfaces and build shared primitives
- Define the quality bar for agent experiences
- Balance developer-grade surfaces against approachable assistants
- Represent the agent area to leadership and navigate cross-functional disagreement
- Contribute directly to the product and stay close to implementation
- Place durable, multi-year bets as the AI landscape shifts
- Set reusable patterns and standards for other teams
