Part-Time ECOM Logistics/Fulfillment Associate

The ECOM Logistics/Fulfillment Associate supports the daily fulfillment operations of the eCommerce business, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory handling, and workflow execution.

What you can expect:

• You will process and fulfill eCommerce orders accurately and efficiently
• You will utilize internal systems (ERP/OMS) for order tracking and inventory management
• You will assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and discrepancy tracking
• You will support reconciliation of customer tickets and order issues
• You will document processes and report operational inconsistencies
• You will maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces
• You will support additional operational tasks as assigned by leadership
• You will adhere to company values and operational standards

What we expect from you:

• You have 13 years of experience in eCommerce, logistics, or similar environment preferred
• You have proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic systems
• You have Food Handler Certificate actively or willing to obtain with company support
• You have the ability to be flexible including working nights and weekends during peak season as needed
• You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• You have the ability to multitask and communicate effectively
• You have a positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
• You have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work flexible schedules

Physical Requirements:

• Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
• This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).
• Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.
• Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.
• Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.
• Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.
• Requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
