This contract role focuses on supporting a small caseload of 5 to 6 students through individualized service plans (ISPs) and therapy sessions. Work is entirely remote, allowing you flexibility as you collaborate with schools and, in some cases, directly with parents of homeschooled students to optimize scheduling. This part-time position offers 4-5 hours weekly, starting as soon as possible and extending until May 21, 2027, or until state budget funding ends.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license for Texas (CCC required)
• Experience delivering assessments and therapy to school-aged children, preferably in virtual or remote environments
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) for a variety of student needs
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with school staff and engaging with families
• Adept at time management and independent work in a remote setting

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide direct virtual speech-language therapy to assigned private school and homeschooled students
• Develop, review, and implement ISPs aligned with individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to schedule sessions and support best outcomes
