Human Resources Manager
Dolly Partons Stampede Branson
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and support a positive workplace culture at two Branson locations; Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction and Titanic Museum. The HR Manager will manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations while supporting leadership in achieving organizational goals. This is an onsite position located within Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction and will report directly to the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
· Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
· Maintain employee records related to hiring, benefits, disciplinary actions, and evaluations.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
· Conduct new hire orientation and training programs.
· Handle employee relations issues, complaints, and workplace investigations.
· Process payroll changes and assist with Benefits Open Enrollment.
· Support managers with HR policies, performance management, and workforce planning.
· Responsible for filing unemployment benefits for cast members during our slow season.
· Ensure that all employees adhere to our company policies and procedures.
· Other special projects assigned by the General Manager.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Language Skills to include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
· Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
· Educational Requirements to include certification in Human Resources (SHRM or PHR) or two years experience as a Human Resource Generalist.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Frequent standing, walking and sitting.

· Occasional work around moving objects (including animals).
· Noise level is low to high.
