Global HR Systems Functional Lead

We are seeking a Global HR Systems Functional Lead to drive business process and requirements gathering for our international Workday implementation across Europe and APAC. Serving as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams, you will facilitate key decision-making, manage regional requirements, and define clear functional specifications to ensure a seamless global rollout.

salary: $41.43 - $64.48 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, and operational stakeholders across multiple countries and regions.
• Facilitate workshops to understand current-state business processes, regulatory requirements, policy variations, and operational needs.
• Identify differences between country-specific requirements and established Workday design standards.
• Conduct gap assessments and document business process, policy, and system impacts.
• Drive discussions to resolve ambiguity and obtain stakeholder decisions required for delivery.
