Ghost Kitchen Assistant Operator - Zag's Egg Sandwiches - Union City
Kitchen Porter
Join our ghost kitchen operation as an assistant to the lead operator. Paid training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
- Learning proper cooking procedures for all menu items
- Packaging orders neatly and safely for transport
- Operating the order tablet
- Obtaining a food handler certificate through ServSafe or 360training
- Completing opening, preparation, cleaning, and closing procedures
- Preparing the daily prep list and getting ready for service
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout business hours
- Following additional instructions as needed
Shifts may be scheduled within the following timeframes, depending on business needs:
- Weekdays: 6 a.m.4 p.m.
- Weekends: 8 a.m.6 p.m.
