Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will be responsible for a range of critical duties designed to facilitate the mental health recovery process for our clients:

• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, adapting techniques to meet each client's unique requirements.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient records are up-to-date and reflect current treatment plans.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
