Remote Healthcare Advocate: Coding & Quality

Optum

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Healthcare Advocate to partner with physicians, medical groups, IPAs and hospitals to improve documentation and coding for RAF and CMS-HCC measures. The role involves data-driven strategies, education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The position requires 2+ years in healthcare, EMR experience, and strong MS Office skills. Travel up to 75–80% within the designated market is expected, with remote options for Alabama residents.
