Global Market Development Specialist III

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Global Market Development Specialist to develop and execute marketing programs for single-use products across global channels. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to create B2B marketing campaigns, optimize digital performance, and support sales enablement in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing plans through customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and market opportunity assessment
• Partner with product management and digital marketing colleagues to implement and optimize multi-channel campaigns
• Create technical marketing content for web, video, social media, and paid advertising channels
• Develop sales tools and customer materials in collaboration with product, R&D, and commercial teams
• Work with regional marketing managers to build and execute region-specific marketing programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
• 4-5 years of marketing experience; biopharma or biotech background preferred
• Proficiency in value proposition development, marketing mix, segmentation, and voice of customer
• Experience developing messaging for sales and customer-facing materials
• Strong stakeholder alignment skills in matrixed environments
• Excellent communication, analytical, project management, and planning abilities
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation: $83,300–$100,000 base
