Desired qualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology from an accredited college or university
• Valid Texas license as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or a Trainee Status Letter from the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists
• Experience with K-12 evaluations, interventions, and IEP processes preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver psychological services to K-12 students
• Interpret testing results and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Provide consultation and behavioral support for students, staff, and families
• Foster positive educational and emotional outcomes for students
