Remington Builders Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Construction Superintendent who is looking for a long-term career opportunity and takes pride in delivering high-quality work while building strong professional relationships. This position requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills who can manage multiple responsibilities and perform successfully in a deadline-driven construction environment. It is required that the candidate have ground-up experience with Gas Stations .

This is a full-time Superintendent position responsible for managing field operations on commercial construction projects throughout Missouri and possible out of state projects.

Salary range for this position is $90,000 – $115,000 , depending on experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

This position includes a wide range of field management responsibilities, including:

• Providing overall on-site management of commercial construction projects from start to completion while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trade partners at the job site.
• Monitoring project schedules and progress to maintain project timelines and milestones.
• Preparing and maintaining daily reports documenting site progress and activities.
• Coordinating manpower needs with the Project Manager and internal team members.
• Implementing and enforcing the company’s established site safety program.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with architects, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Initiating, tracking, and managing Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Supervising field personnel and managing on-site staff.
• Performing ongoing quality control inspections across all phases of construction to ensure workmanship and project standards are maintained.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with ground-up construction, tenant improvements, or institutional/commercial projects preferred. MUST have Gas Station experience .
• PROCORE proficient and be able to use all functions.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple trades and supervise large field crews.
• Extensive experience with construction scheduling and site coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and construction management software .
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
