At Fox Cities Builders, we're looking for a Construction Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and keeping equipment running at its best. If you'd rather be diagnosing an issue than sitting behind a desk all day, this could be the perfect fit.

No two days are the sameyou'll work on everything from trucks and trailers to construction equipment and jobsite repairs, helping keep our crews moving and our projects on track.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair company vehicles, trailers, and construction equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Service small engines, tools, and shop equipment
• Travel to jobsites to perform repairs and keep crews productive
• Track maintenance records and help improve shop processes
• Work alongside a team that values collaboration and getting the job done right

What We're Looking For

• Experience with automotive, diesel, equipment, or small-engine repair
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Comfortable using tablets or laptops for diagnostics and maintenance records
• Organized, dependable, and safety-focused
• Valid driver's license required
• CDL Class A and Fed Med Card preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
