These services help our customers achieve strategic technology transformation and maximise the business value, security and innovative potential of their IT infrastructurePosition OverviewThe Revenue Operations Lead keeps Systal's pipeline and forecast data clean and trustworthy, and turns revenue data into clear direction for the business. This is a hands-on role: actively cleaning and governing pipeline data, auditing pipeline and forecast integrity, removing friction from the revenue process, and identifying where Systal wins fastest so the business can invest accordingly.Data structure and systems architecture sit with a separate data function. This role is about active oversight of pipeline and revenue performance, not systems ownership.The role also requires the judgment to work across a verticalized UK organization and a regionalized US organization, recognizing where each needs its own approach rather than forcing one standard everywhere.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline and Data HygieneActively scrub and clean pipeline data in Dynamics on a regular cadence, correcting stale, incomplete, or inconsistent records directly rather than only defining standards for others to followSet clear hygiene expectations with sales managers and run regular reviews to close gapsPipeline and Forecast IntegrityRun change audit reports on CRM activity to catch stage-jumping, backdating, and other patterns that undermine forecast reliabilityFlag pipeline and forecast discrepancies to sales leadership with specific evidence, and track that issues actually get resolvedProcess EfficiencyIdentify friction and bottlenecks across the revenue process, from marketing handoff through to deal close, and recommend fixesMonitor the marketing-to-sales handoff, including lead scoring and MQL/SQL/SQO definitions, for leakage or delayPrioritize improvements by impact and ease of implementation rather than pursuing every inefficiency at onceRevenue Performance and Win AnalysisAnalyze win rates, deal velocity, and conversion by segment, vertical, and region to identify where Systal wins fastest and most reliablyTurn that analysis into clear recommendations on where to focus sales and marketing investmentQualificationsExperience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable role, with hands-on ownership of pipeline hygiene and CRM data quality, not only governance designExperience running pipeline or forecast integrity reviews, xhyhwjd and comfortable surfacing findings that may be uncomfortable for sales leadershipStrong analytical skills, able to turn CRM and pipeline data into clear win-pattern and process recommendationsHands-on experience with Dynamics 365 or a comparable CRM, and comfort working within sales engagement tools such as SalesLoftAdvanced Excel and reporting skillsDesirableExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent business intelligence toolsExperience in a services-led, MSP, or complex B2B environmentWhat Success Looks LikePipeline data is clean enough that leadership trusts it without double-checkingForecast surprises are rare, and when they happen, they trace to real market shifts, not pipeline manipulationThe executive leadership knows where Systal wins fastest and is investing accordinglyRevenue reporting to leadership is clear, timely, and focused on decisions and risk, not just numbers
