Greenbriar Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Frederick, MD.

About You

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including admitting and discharging patients.

Your Experience & Skills

· Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience

· Has surgical/dental experience

· Possesses a positive work attitude

· Self-motivated

· Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $19 – $21 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
