Night Auditor

Join Hilton Mystic as a Night Auditor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the overnight hours. Responsibilities Perform nightly audit of hotel accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and balanced. Manage the front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Reconcile daily revenue reports and communicate discrepancies or issues to management. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and room assignments as needed. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of nightly activities and prepare reports for management review. Requirements Prior experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks overnight. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with property management systems and MS Office. Flexible availability to work overnight shifts.
