Project Manager - SchedulingThe Opportunity:CACI is looking for a Project Manager to lead and shape project management practices for cutting-edge innovation and engineering projects that support critical national security missions. You'll have the opportunity to work across diverse technical domains, collaborating with subject matter experts and highly skilled engineers while introducing modern project management methodologies to drive mission success.Responsibilities:As a Project Manager, you'll oversee research and development projects spanning multiple technical disciplines. You'll work with small to medium-sized cross-functional teams distributed across multiple labs on campus, guiding projects from conception through delivery. This role offers the unique opportunity to establish and refine project management processes while working hands-on with state-of-the-art technologies and innovative solutions.Qualifications: Required:Active TS/SCI clearance, or Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCIBachelor's degree in a related field + 3-5 years of relevant project planning/management experience (or equivalent combination).Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification strongly preferred, demonstrating a foundation in PM concepts.3+ years of demonstrated Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) experienceExperience managing technical or engineering projectsExperience managing projects in a government contracting environment and understanding of government requirements managementDemonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to introduce and adapt these practicesExperience with project management tools such as GitLab, Microsoft Planner, or MS ProjectProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProven stakeholder management experienceAbility to work effectively with highly technical and cross-functional teamsExperience developing and managing:Technical reports and documentationClient presentations and briefingsStatus reports and project trackingRisk management documentationRequirements traceability and managementLessons learned and after-action reportsDesired:Engineering or technical degreeExperience contributing to resource planning and ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimatesFamiliarity with DoD acquisition processes or federal compliance frameworksExperience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple facilitiesExperience with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platformsChange management or organizational transformation experienceWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
