Summary Trade execution agent between clients and the equity marketplace. Duties and Responsibilities Executes equity orders accurately and timely as presented by clients Communicates effectively and concisely information surrounding a client’s order Reviews execution transactions to ensure accuracy of information and to ensure trades conform to regulatory requirements of governing agencies Develops and implements short and long term sales and trading strategies to achieve revenue growth goals Develops and cultivates new client relationships Performs other duties as requested by management Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor degree or higher in related field Perform all work and activities with honesty and integrity Take personal responsibility for productivity, quality and timeliness of work Effectively communicate (and listen) clearly, professionally, politely and persuasively in all situations; respond well and in a reasonable, timely manner Challenge conventional practices and use creativity and information to lead, innovate, problem solve, and implement ideas to contribute to the growth of the organization Support and meet company/department goals and core values Collaborate with co-workers to achieve common goals Problem Solving/Analysis Technical Capacity Time Management Working Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to type.
