Role Overview We are actively recruiting Advance Practice Providers (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) to partner with us in the greater Skokie market. As a Behavioral Health Provider you will provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate. Work Environment No nights, no weekends, and no on‑call duties. After‑hours urgent support available. Hybrid schedule: three days onsite, two days telehealth; a four‑day week is possible. State‑of‑the‑art technology. Qualifications Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in IL. Active DEA license. Active CDS. Passion for high‑quality care. Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills. Proficiency with EMR systems and accurate record‑keeping. Broad clinical experience across mental health conditions.
