We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project execution plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement strategies. Oversee the execution of all project phases.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including company resources and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones and maintain a positive work environment.
• Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and perform cost analysis to ensure financial goals are met.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections and supervise quality assurance processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, engineers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Adapt plans as necessary to overcome challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and communication logs.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
• Strong field experience and understanding of construction operations is preferred
• Knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, and demolition
• Experience handling project documentation and construction administration processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using construction management software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
