Location Sam's Club #8210 600 N Burleson Blvd Burleson, TX 76028-2901 Position Summary Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards in accordance with all safety policies, including regular safety sweeps, forklift and hazardous material handling, and prompt reporting of unsafe situations. Manage Tire & Battery Center (TBC) floor organization, stocking, zoned merchandising, and proper handling of claims, returns, shrink, and damages. Present and maintain merchandise by stocking, setting up, cleaning, organizing product displays, signing and pricing merchandise, securing fragile and high‑shrink items. Monitor tire and battery order status, assist members with installation appointments, communicate lead‑time changes, cancellations, and alternative suggestions. Provide expert member service with product knowledge, warranties, and value recommendations. Drive sales and service excellence by communicating product benefits and collaborating with club associates to promote TBC offerings. Prioritize service workflow in TBC bays, refer to Sam’s Garage for waiting members, assess service time requirements, and recommend scheduling to the TBC Team Lead or Technicians. Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, Point‑of‑Sale systems, and selling techniques. Leverage digital tools and handheld devices to plan sales, improve service experience, make real‑time decisions, stay informed about products and training, and encourage adoption of new tools. Serve as a brand advocate, model high‑quality service, influence team members, assist in training, and provide products and services in accordance with company policies. Operate TBC equipment safely, handle cash registers, process member purchases, and manage payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Maintain thorough documentation, collaborate with managers and peers, identify priorities, and adapt to change.
