Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily activities of production employees
• Oversee supervision, safety, product quality, and training
• Manage workflow, manpower utilization, and communication
• Administer company policies and procedures
• Support continuous improvement and BIC (Best in Class) practices
• Maintain environmental awareness
• Facilitate payroll and ensure adherence to the employee handbook Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong communication, problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with people and support change in a quality focused environment
• Computer skills required
• Preferred
• Technical/formal training
• 2-4 years manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of wood products manufacturing
