If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Middleware to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.Responsibilities:Provide administrative day-to-day support for IBM WebSphere, Jira, and Confluence that includes configuring, patch, and upgrade Confluence, Jira, and WebSphere Application ServersTroubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, connectivity, authentication, integration, and performance issues; monitor platform availability, health, performance, and capacityAssist with backup & recovery, restart, and operational maintenance activities including coordinating with third-party vendors when vendor support is requiredContribute to standardizing, documenting, and automating support operations processes and application configurationDevelop and maintain scripts to perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of supported platformsOperate out of ServiceNow ticket queue to ensure support requests, changes, and incident SLAs are met; provide 24X7 support for Middleware products on callAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent hands-on administration and support experience in similar roleBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED requiredStrong proficiency in administering Windows and Red Hat Linux environments, with hands-on experience managing IIS, WebSphere Application Server, Confluence, and JiraProficiency in writing Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripts and experience in configuring WebSphere Network deployments, clustering, and IIS Plug-in for WASStrong troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skillsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
