What You'll Be Doing

\n
• Support Project Managers with daily project operations
\n
• Manage and track RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders
\n
• Assist with project schedules and documentation control
\n
• Coordinate communication between clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
\n
• Maintain project records and ensure documentation is accurate and current
\n
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
\n
• Assist with permit and inspection coordination
\n
• Support procurement and material tracking efforts
\n
• Participate in project meetings and follow-up action items
\n
• Help ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and moving forward
\n

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Project Coordination experience within commercial construction
\n
• Experience with tenant improvement and/or ground-up construction
\n
• Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
\n
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and project workflows
\n
• Experience managing RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and project logs
\n
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
\n
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
\n
• Team-first attitude and commitment to excellence
\n
