What You'll Do As our Parts Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient operations and strong financial performance. Responsibilities include: Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department Order, receive, stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels Process warranty, vendor, and customer returns Support service technicians by ensuring parts are available for scheduled repairs Assist retail customers and internal departments with parts identification, pricing, and ordering Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing when appropriate Maintain accurate inventory records using dealership management software Monitor inventory performance, purchasing trends, and departmental profitability Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized parts department What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in parts management, inventory control, or dealership parts operations Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Experience in the boating, marine, automotive, RV, trucking, or heavy equipment industry Experience using Lightspeed dealership management software Previous supervisory or team leadership experience What We Offer Competitive salary plus monthly bonus Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Employee discounts Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why Join Us?
