Requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist clients with leasing and/or transactional sales.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Arrange and conduct property tours.
- Oversee the transaction process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and timely completion.
- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
