Only On W2 Sharepoint Developer1 year duration Onsite in Mclean 3 days per weekJob DescriptionFull Stack Developer with hands on SharePoint DevelopmentThe Senior Developer will be part of the client's Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team within Enterprise Business Technology Office. This team is responsible for partnering with the Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance organizations to deliver mission-critical solutions and capabilities that transform the business. This role will be supporting our development efforts within the Financial Risk and Compliance area, collaborating with multidiscipline technology teams. In this role, candidate will participate in the full software development lifecycle and leveraging the latest technologies and architectures.This position requires a strong experience in design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable software solutions with ability to translate complex technical issues into easily understood communications that will influence executive audiences with varied technical backgrounds and capabilities.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand Business Requirements, participate in Requirements Analysis, design applications based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype, if necessary, develop, unit test and deploy the applications.Develop, enhance, test, and implement solutions using SharePoint Online, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, PowerShell, Microsoft Flows, PowerApps, SharePoint Framework Extensions, and other related technologiesBuild microservices-based solutions using Java/JEE frameworks, JavaScript, containers and AWS tech stack.Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring they meet the required standards for quality, performance, and securityStay up to date with industry/enterprise standards, latest technologies and general principles, and techniques.Contribute and participate in design and code reviews.Build test automation suite to fully test the applications and features.Contribute in creation of and maintenance of delivery pipelines for newly created services/solutions.Support defect and incident resolution, remediate security vulnerabilities and technical debt.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired; advanced degree preferred4 plus years of experience in design, development, deployment, and administration of SharePoint Online (SPO) applications, SharePoint Framework Extensions (SPFx), Office UI Fabric and Fluent UIExperience with UI Branding, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, Boot StrapExperience with PnP PowerShell script, Graph API, REST API, SPO Connectors5 to 7 years of experience in design and development of applications and web services using Java EE, Spring / Spring Boot. Python, JavaScriptExperience with CI/CD and DevSecOps4 plus years of software development experience working in Agile, Lean/Kanban, or Scrum based Agile organization.Experience applying Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), and Static Code analysis to improve quality and reliability of delivery.Must Have QualificationsSharePoint experienceMust have 5 plus hands on development experience, must have Java, Python would be ideal.
