Job Description Job Description Sales Manager We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead occupancy growth and drive revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to generate qualified leads, build relationships, and consistently close sales. Compensation: $63,000-$70,000 annually, plus a competitive bonus structure Key Responsibilities: * Generate qualified leads through community outreach, public relations, advertising coordination, direct mail, and other marketing initiatives. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including new inquiries and follow-up communications. * Respond promptly to inquiries and provide guidance and support to prospective residents and families. * Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours. * Consistently follow up on leads and document all interactions. * Close sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. * Minimum of two years of sales experience in the senior living industry. * Demonstrated success in generating and closing qualified leads. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
