Dental Front Desk

Are you an experienced Dental Front Desk who knows how to keep the schedule full and the patients happy. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Dental Front Desk to take a key role in our growing dental practice. What You'll Do Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist patients with questions Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Manage the daily appointment schedule and maintain efficient patient flow Collect copayments, deductibles, and outstanding balances Review treatment estimates and financial responsibilities with patients Process payments and maintain accurate patient account information Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands that the front desk is the first impression of our practice. We want a team member who makes every patient feel welcomed, respected, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
