Job Duties: Assembly & Production Read work orders, assembly drawings, and specifications Assemble electronic components using soldering, crimping, riveting, bolting, press-fitting, epoxy bonding, and other assembly methods Position, align, and install components on circuit boards, racks, cabinets, and other assemblies Perform assembly support tasks including potting, encapsulation, cleaning, curing, sanding, stamping, and labeling Quality & Inspection Inspect assemblies and solder joints to ensure quality standards are met Identify, document, and report defects while performing basic rework as needed Record production and quality data using shop floor systems and SPC documentation Equipment & Process Support Set up workstations with required tools, materials, and documentation Operate production equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance Assist with production changeovers, equipment adjustments, and material preparation Support assembly of larger systems and additional production tasks as assigned Work Hard, Make Friends, Ship Happy.
