Program Operations Specialist

Supporting the operational backbone of the Hire Hopkins initiative, the full-time Program Operations Specialist will manage administrative coordination, technology operations, and data stewardship to enhance employer engagement and student outcomes in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage the Hire Hopkins email inbox, fielding inquiries and ensuring timely responses Maintain technology infrastructure and data hygiene across operational systems, including CRM and website management Create and analyze internal reports on operational metrics and event outcomes to support decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree Three years of progressively responsible experience in program administration in an academic environment Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven problem solving Proficiency with business technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Experience managing operational initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment
