Outbound Sales Consultant II

Job Title Outbound Sales Consultant III Pay Range: $22-24/hr Location: Atlanta, GA; Plano, TX; Tucson, AZ; or Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement: Onsite hybrid – 3 days per week Overview Roles can be a combination of Inbound or Outbound. Responsibilities Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g., special features, return and warranty policies). Set targets for the sales department and monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics. Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies. Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates, and analyze market trends. Monitor competition and follow current developments; ensure sales team is up-to-date with targets. Motivate the sales team to achieve strong results and find prospective customers and new target segments. Requirements Proven work experience as a sales consultant. In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS or SAS). Familiarity with CRM programs; ability to gather and interpret data. Strong organizational and analytical skills; excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Skills Top 3 skills: (1) Strong conversation skills (2) ability to navigate multiple applications (3) prior sales background. Training & Schedule Training: 3 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting; 9:00–17:30 ET schedule. 3 skill checks will be performed during training. Work schedule: 9:00–17:30 ET; may change if coordination with manager to cover 8 hours between 6:00–20:00 PT. Appointments: ~10–12 per day. Selling multiple products – cloud-based. Interview Process Part 1 – Prepare an About Me slide to share your screen and present a 3–5 minute pitch about yourself and your past roles with one professional accomplishment you’re most proud of. Part 2 – 15–20 minutes: Conversational Q&A about Sales Discovery, Sales Process experience, and a self-assessment of your sales acumen. Part 3 – Final Questions.
