Salesforce Developer
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce functionality to support CRM business needs. Implement enhancements in Salesforce Service Cloud and related CRM areas. Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customizations. Support system integrations, APIs, and data flows across connected platforms. Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and analysts to clarify needs and scope. Troubleshoot issues, support defect resolution, and improve system stability. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies. Document technical solutions and support knowledge sharing across the team. Use AI based tools, where relevant, to improve development efficiency and documentation.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong hands on experience with Salesforce CRM development. Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience with APIs, integrations, and data mapping. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Understanding of Agile delivery practices and participation in project ceremonies. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. English level: Upper Intermediate or higher for client communication.
Nice to have
Experience in the travel industry. Experience working with AI based tools for development or documentation. Familiarity with enterprise system integrations and data workflows.
