The role also assists with unit administrative duties. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED; completion of an approved Monitor Technician Program; formal ECG or dysrhythmia class with at least 20 hours of practicum. Licenses/Certification: BLS required; ACLS preferred. Experience: Recent monitor technician experience and pass rhythm recognition exam with a minimum 80% score.
