What You'll Do

• Tour the community and apartments with prospective residents
• Showcase amenities and promote the benefits of community living
• Assist with application processing and leasing paperwork
• Prepare move-in documentation and coordinate resident onboarding
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong prospect relationships
• Support property marketing and resident retention efforts
• Assist with day-to-day office operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of apartment industry experience preferred
• Proven success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Weekend availability required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
