Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a utilities location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming atmosphere, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. Bring strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while helping to deter incidents through a visible presence and dependable service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with staff and visitors, and following post instructions for changing conditions across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
