International Relocation Consultant

Serving as the navigator of the relocation process, the full-time International Relocation Consultant will manage all phases of international assignment activities, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Coordinate all phases of international assignment activities and serve as the single point of contact for clients and assignees Counsel assignees on the effective use of international assignment program benefits and identify areas for service improvement Maintain data within company systems to comply with audit requirements while delivering services according to established standards Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relocation work experience required Minimum of 2 years of related business experience in customer service or the relocation field Relocation experience with direct client contact preferred Bilingual in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus Proficient in Microsoft 365
