Strategic Counsel: Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance

Labcorp is seeking a Managing Counsel, Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance to join our team in Burlington or Durham-RTP, NC. You will provide subject-matter expertise on healthcare laws, review regulatory risks across diagnostics-related arrangements, and collaborate with the Law Department to draft and negotiate compliance-sensitive contracts.
You will partner with stakeholders across sales, operations, and corporate functions, support due diligence on acquisitions, and help develop policies
