Home Health Care Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Health Care Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home health care agency.

Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Maintain and update patient records in our electronic database

- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to obtain necessary information

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with caregivers and patients

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks

- Maintain office supplies and order as needed

- Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or administrative role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic databases

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

Schedule and Shift Details:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a shift of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We offer competitive pay and benefits, as well as a supportive and friendly work environment.
