Job Overview

M&S Development LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Finish Carpenter to join our growing field operations team. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale residential remodels, additions, and new home construction throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Key Responsibilities

• Perform both rough and finish carpentry work with precision
• Install interior and exterior trim, doors, and windows
• Construct stairs, landings, and custom features
• Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and vinyl plank flooring
• Read and interpret blueprints and follow specifications
• Assist Project Managers with structural layout and installation planning
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks
• Understand and adhere to local building codes and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of framing, trim, and cabinetry installation
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own basic carpentry tools and be comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and move materials, climb, bend, and work on feet for long periods
• Strong communication skills with coworkers and clients
• Independent, detail-oriented, and dependable
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Schedule

• Full-Time – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
