Pay & Benefits

• Pay rate: $150/hour (~$328,500 annually for full-time)

What You'll Do

• Attend approximately 60 deliveries per month at a busy Level-III NICU hospital
• Provide OB triage, patient evaluation, and management
• Assist with deliveries and surgical procedures
• Monitor fetal well-being through fetal monitoring techniques
• Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists on high-risk cases
• Contribute to ER coverage and patient care across a 387-bed tertiary hospital
• Engage in teaching and mentoring residents, fellows, and medical students
• Support maternal and neonatal care across a large, diverse patient population

What You Need

• Required:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN licensure
• Residency training within the local area or willingness to relocate
• Strong skills in obstetric and gynecologic patient management
• Preferred:
• Prior experience in high-volume obstetrics and NICU care
• Ability to work flexible, 24-hour shifts
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
