Review patient histories, document encounters, and determine appropriate non‑controlled prescriptions. Coordinate care through a simple, tech‑enabled workflow — no in‑person visits. Provide admin and technical support as needed. Qualifications Active New York license (NP or MD). 4+ years of clinical experience preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital charting. Ability to commit ≥ 6 hours weekly. No narcotics or controlled substances prescribed.
